our Provider Rating System and
our Verified Credentials Program.
Provider Rating System
All CWS clients are prompted to fill
out a survey each time they close a work order and measure
the performance of their provider(s). This quality control
system keeps the computer service
providers on our network competitive and ensures that all
Computerwarrantyservices.com clients are getting the best
possible service.
Verified Credentials Program
Our Client Services team manages the
Verified Credentials Program to ensure the continued quality
of all CWS providers. The Client Services team will verify
each new provider's accreditations and credentials when
he or she joins our network.
