to Publish the CWS System Builder Excellence Index

created a measurement index for their system builder customers.
The CWS Index will award a rating for systems builders that
have purchased warranty plans from CWS.
The index is calculated by the number of systems sold with
CWS warranty plans compared with the failure rate. The rating
will be from one to five PC symbols with five being best.
Only system builders rated four symbols or higher will be
put up on the CWS web site for viewing. Ratings will be
done on a quarterly basis.

to the industry and the general public at large. The index
is designed to allow system builders the chance to benefit
from their efforts of building the highest quality systems,
and by using the CWS Index Rating, system builders can show
